Wow...Im actually talking to my cousin whom i have not seen for almost 10 years online now...!! He's studying Statistics (yucks) in a malaysian uni right now. and his brother is studying Biotech (okay la...) in uni too...
im so glad i went for dance today! today is one of the best trainings i've ever gone to! We learnt Tell the World and although our dance steps still messy and unsure, we had a great time together =)) and could feel some of us are really getting to know each other (eg. Zaraphena,Grace,Ivan,Vivien etc). ^^
Before dance, i went back to NYJC. haha. shall not comment much.

wanted to talk about these
Values (shared by Kelvin...but amending a little)

1) Punctuality
2) Discipline
3) Regular Attendance
4) Submission & Obedience
5) Team first, self second
6) Respect

Dont think need to explain the first.
2. Discipline. What's the best way to show if a person (dancer) has discipline?
[ans] If the person is listening to the speaker or is he/she talking away when the leader is speaking?
3. i dont think it applies very much because by right, we should come EVERY week unless meeting is cancelled.
4. Submission and Obedience to your leaders. You can give feedback but you can never disobey/argue with him/her.
5. Die to self.
6. Respect for your peers and authorities. Your teachers are your teachers. You cannot push them around. Sure you can joke with them but always show your respect to them. Not only do you have to show respect to your teachers, you should show similar respect to your peers/seniors... When someone is talking, listen and respond. Don't chit chat among yourselves.

that's what i wanted to share.

Admire Kelvin and Cassandra for being able to lead the Dance Ministry so well and able to teach every dancer these values (and many more of cos).

tomorrow going out w my church frens to E2max to play l4d/xbox.
sat meeting slc pioneers to have lunch and catch up with them. then going for Combi Meeting at TC in the evening
sun: church! and...leading processing after service (T_T).

step out of comfort zone...step out of comfort zone...
i used to dislike being so involved in church activities cos it felt like such a waste of my time... but now, im so glad that im so involved in church activities...cos we recognise that we're one special group of people and being part of the body of Christ, we're committed to help each other and build each other up. Thank God for Christ. Thank God for you all!
