WOW!! I'm soooo proud of myself! =D Coordinated for the birthday celebration. But thanks to all who came. without u guys, this would not have been possible =]

This was what happened yesterday in preparation for Gare Rern's birthday surprise celebration:

The initial plan was that Rebecca,Rui Rong and Raj will go find Gare Rern to play bridge till about 11.30pm. So, I went out to JP to buy cake, balloons etc etc and came back with Yong Xiang at about 10.00pm. Then, at about 10.30pm, I received news from Raj that he couldn't get Gare Rern to play bridge because he had to meet Xiao Feng with regards to JCRC. So, I got the number from Yong Xiang and tried contacting Xiao Feng till about 10.50pm coz his phone wasn't with him. To my horror, Xiao Feng said they're not meeting tonight. So then, the problem was : WHERE IS GARE RERN NOW!?!?
So I tried contacting Zhao Qi and he replied saying that he has no idea where Gare Rern was. And Raj cannot possibly tell Gare Rern,"Hey! Ur meeting with Xiao Feng is cancelled rite? Let's go play bridge!" because he doesn't know that it was cancelled!
Then Zhao Qi called me back telling me that he contacted Gare Rern's brother and he said that Gare Rern went back to hall already, so that means he's in hall. So, I went to outside Gare Rern's room to take a peek and true enough, he just reached back hall!

The next problem was...how do we get Gare Rern OUT of the room? well, Raj managed to think of something and they went to play at Blk 33 TV Room while the rest of us prepare at Yong Xiang's room :) At 11.20pm, he was out of his room already. So, we sneaked into the room, thanks to his roomie - Zhao Qi! =D
Then, we coordinated with Raj ie. when Gare Rern is coming back to room, he'll call me.
But...the news came..."hey. we're well settled in the tv room already. how do we get him back to his room?"

AHHHH!!
so..we had to sacrifice Shaz =(( Sorry...
We asked Shaz to msg Gare Rern to 'ask' if he's free to talk abt JCRC. But Gare Rern didn't reply until 10-15min later. -.-" Then somehow, they managed to get Gare Rern outta the room and Raj,Rui Rong and Rebecca came into Gare Rern's room while Shaz distracted Gare Rern at the concourse. Then, the rest of us were sorta briefed by Yong Xiang.

And seriously..you should have been there.

When we heard the keys ruffling outside the door, all of us were silent. NEVER BEFORE has OT been soooo quiet!! =D it was damn cool !! hees. When he finally opened the door with his keys, all of us yelled, "SURPRISE!!!"
